Hello Ad 2'ers, This month my president's report is a tribute to the late Steve Jobs who was an icon and inspiration to us all. I cover 3 main topics: 1. I give a quick recap of the previous month's event. 2. invite everyone to come out to our annual Cause Marketing Night to support our Public Service Client My Girlfriend's Closet. 3. I give a quick update on the events to come. You'll have to watch the video to see what the bonus items was! Finally we could always use come talented young profs to join our board. Ad 2 SD June 2011 President’s Report

We are finally coming down from the high of ADMERICA, and I have to say the first annual ADMERICA conference was AWESOME! If you missed it, then you missed out on a historic event. We really out did ourselves! From the content of Interactive Day to all the after parties it was a first class event. In addition to ADMERICA it was also a memorable week for the whole San Diego marketing/advertising/communications community as we came together to celebrate the San Diego Ad Club's 100th anniversary and recognize the top 100 San Diego brands. Then we kept it classy on a boat and sailed the harbor in true San Diego style. BIG THANKS to everyone who helped contribute to such a stellar event. It’s been an exhausting year, but we are keeping the momentum going. We just finished our elections and have an All-Star board lined up. Everyone is pumped up and ready to provide value to our largest membership ever. If you are interested in getting involved it's not too late. March 2011 President’s Report

Hello Ad 2-ers, This month my video report was filmed on location at the world famous San Diego Zoo. The SD Zoo also happens to be the location for the SD Ad Club centennial birthday party/ Ad Bash on Thursday June 2. Last month was another busy month for Ad 2 SD, as we are trying to finish a landmark year firing on all cylinders. We held our first exclusive Member's only mixer at Gaslamp Speakeasy, where our members got a chance to bid on lunch with some of San Diego's top executives. I'd like to give a BIG THANK YOU to all the executives who participated, and another BIG THANKS to MJD Interactive for sponsoring the event.
