- About me: I’m a deadline junkie. I thrive on having too much to do and no time to do it. When it seems impossible, this alter ego comes out and that’s when I perform the best. I love to learn and have new experiences.
- How long have you been a member: AAF - 5 Years/ AD 2 - 3 Years
- What do you like about AD 2: Networking, if you actually participate and attend events, you get your face in front of a lot important people, not only locally but nationally as well. Plus, there’s always someone willing to drink with you after a hard day’s work!
- Current job and responsibilities: Media Planner/Buyer – I handle clients’ media from pitching the plan to analysis and optimization, reporting and billing.

Past President & Executive Chair, Megan Chawathe
- About me: I was born in Connecticut and grew up in Northern California. (Any Lynbrook grads out there?) I came down to sunny San Diego for college in 1998 and never looked back. I love the beach, frisbee golfing and taking naps while watching Planet Earth. I'm not sure what exactly got me into Advertising & Marketing, but it may have had something to do with Angela Bower from Who's the Boss....but that's a story for another time :) Anyway, I've found Ad 2 to be an awesome way to help the community. I've met so many great people and made lifelong friends over the years. The best way to reap the benefits of Ad 2 is to GET INVOLVED!!

President, Adam Hermsdorfer
- About me: I grew up in a very small farm town in Ohio and was the first person from my high school to get a Division 1 athletic scholarship. Baseball was my sport and I dreamed of making it to the big leagues. I got hurt and didn't make it as a player, but I made it as a coaching staff member! I was with the Cleveland Indians for 4 seasons and served as a Video Coach to the big league team the last 2 seasons. It was a great experience. After the '05 season, I moved west to pursue other opportunities and have fallen in love with San Diego. It is the best city in America!

- What do you like about AD 2: The professional development, making really cool friends, and having the best happy hour in San Diego on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
- Current job and responsibilities: Marketing Director, Communications USA. I lead the web marketing strategy for two web sites (CommUSA.com & Blinkwave.com) and direct all email, search and traditional marketing campaigns.

Secretary, Stephanie Lyndon
- About me: California girl with a huge family. I like trying new things, challenging myself and spending time with my great group of girlfriends. I love country music although I have always been a city girl. I want to go to Africa to do missionary work because volunteering is something I love doing and I think it’s very humbling! My favorite color is yellow, I grew up tap dancing and still am pretty good at it. My favorite quote is: "the happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they just make the best out of what they have.”

- About me: I have worked in the Advertising/Marketing industry for nearly 10 years, doing everything from graphic and web design to video production and editing to Search Marketing. I love being in the creative sector and truly enjoy doing what I do. San Diego's AD 2 is a great organization that I am very glad to have been a board member of for the last year on.
